What is a Jural Assembly?

LEADERSHIP By the PEOPLE For the PEOPLE HOLDING CHECKS and BALANCES of ELECTED OFFICIALS in EVERY COUNTY

What is a General Jural Assembly?

A Jural Assembly is a body politic that has the lawful authority to come together and address issues within their communities. Every member has a vote;  there is no leader of the Assembly as everything is put to a vote and decided as a whole.

1st Amendment:  The First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The Assemblies start at the county (local) level and send representatives to their local State Assembly, and from there to the National Assembly. They have the authority to impanel Grand Juries that act as Quality Assurance for their community at each level, as well as direct-oversight of their government.

A Jural Assembly is the people's Common Law right to Assemble!

Now, more than ever before, the people are responsible for the  character of Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless, and corrupt it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption.  If it be intelligent, brave, and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature... If the next centennial does not find us as a great nation... it will be because those who represent the enterprise, the culture, and the morality of the nation do not aid in controlling the political forces.
